Thread: How to place feedback after buy or sell products from IMT marketplace?

After buy or sell how to place feedback. Suppose I have bought or sold a product from IMT marketplace. Now how can I send feedback request to my buyer or seller?

You can use the iTrader to give feedback. It also has an update on a member's forum profile. Whenever someone buys a product or service, the url of the thread is added to the itrader with a feedback message that everyone can see in their (and everyone else's) profiles. It's also updated on their profile info in posts under "feedback score" (top right next to avatar)

But you can also help others by providing feedback/itrader(like Sam suggested) and reviews in their sales threads or review section, more info here.
Also you can issue paypal dispute -> claim.

I had no idea that this was the issue, and I am sorry that things turned out the way they did. You can create a claim at paypal yes, and update their feedback on iTrader, and there is also a review section that was set up to talk about services received and that would give members (or anyone else) the chance to explain etc. if things went wrong etc. We do work hard to try make sure that scammers aren't given access, so that our members can get quality services safely, but sometimes they slip through. I hope that this is resolved quickly and favorably for you.
