I have a website on keyword legitimate home work. Though it is appearing on page 1 but I need it to be on No 1 on most search engine in order to generate better free traffic. Tell me what I should do pls.

You need from local links. For example for google.de > you need some directory submission to .de directories or some other local links ( comments, sidewide, forum signatures, etc ).

your keyword is not very easy to rank in No1 as the keyword "novoline tricks". However you should try to get more authority back links. I know someone who can do the work for you for $80 for 3 months. But number 1 position can't be guaranteed. If you need pm me for more details.

That's a highly competitive keyword phrase. I checked Google.com and all 20 top ranked sites are either high PR, High traffic or High content sites. So you need to work very very hard if you want to even come near to these sites. Also remember probably these sites do seo regularly too.

When I have a site about highly competitive niche what I do it targeting less competitive related keywords.

Highly competitive keywords mean highly intensive work hard so as to achieve top rank google.. you need to outsource and make good link building campaign in order to beat competitor
