The whole idea of link building has been debated to death and there are numerous theories and 'black hat' tricks out there. Here are some tips that will help you increase your Google page rank effectively.

1)The higher the page rank of the site that links to you the better, but relevance is equally important. Make sure that the site that links back to you is at least in the same niche as yours. Random links mean nothing to Google - remember that it is all about perceived importance and relevance.

2)Build your links gradually. Google's robot is not as stupid as many people make it out to be. If you get 100 links in one day this will definitely red flag your site. The best way to do it is to gradually and consistently build links back to your site.

3)One way links rule! A one way link is worth much more than a reciprocal link. Many so-called 'link farms' act as link exchanges where you can exchange links with other sites in your niche. Although Google value one way links more than a reciprocal links, it still counts - we just don't know how long for. As far as I can gather Google does not like link exchanges.

Page rank depends on various factors but most important is bank likns to your site. Whenever you get a backlinks from any site you will get pare rank juice from that page. However it is equally distributed between the number of links on that page. So to increase page rank of your website you have to create links on the page which has high page rank and less number of outbound links.

not really agree as link will not be spider all at once some link will take month to get index as your backlink ,this will only happen if your site is new ,more than 1000s if using all those xrumer or scrapebox to get 1000s of backlink a day

Backlinking is key to get high PR for your site. You can also post great and interesting contents in your site so that you will get followers that will increase in time.

The content should be clear,concise and comprehensible by other with a good backlink.

Building back links manually and gradually is taking a long time. It took at least one month to rise 5 ratings. That's just one keyword, how long for many keywords? It might take two or three years to see an increasing of blog page rank significantly. Thank you.

I have 1 Domain... I did nothing! Really nothing. no backlinks, no seo, nothing... and after 1,5 year I get PR2...

The Google Pagerank isn´t such what it seems to be... Years ago it was the right way to check the pagerank.... But today Google isn´t only a search engine.... it is such more.... today there are much more services of google, that we all know... PAGERANK is going down.....
