According to me, Blog commenting helps to increase number of high pr backlinks and traffic to website.

I always have a nagging doubt as to how I enter my name in a blog comment. If it is my name the SEO value is low but if I put in a keyword it can seem spammy. I just hope that if I do use a keyword the quality of the comment is enough to have it published.
