Blog comments also is effective in back links. Care has to be taken to make comments in related blogs only. Otherwise it would amount to spamming.

I have great succes with blog commentig just do it smart way and you are will see your site rise in SERP.

instal seoquake to firefox and search google with this:

Also if you like you can change "site:.edu" and "site:.gov" to "site:.com" or "site:.net" or "site:.org" to get high PR blog form these domain extensions.

It really nice, but when I want to go on the second site in Google Seoquake does't show these info about PR, BL etc

Yes, you want do-follow an no-follow mix, coz this will look natural to search engines.

Personally, I'm a big believer in automation and use scrapebox to find targeted blogs, uniquify a post by spinning it into many versions and commenting for me with a rotating group of link anchor texts.

You do want to be careful doing this, and keep a balance between WP comments, social bookmarks, social mentions, press releases, etc, etc. Google seems to be getting pretty ugly when links aren't natural appearing (in disproportionate ratio)....

And as someone with several blogs I have probably deleted several of your spam comments. I don't auto-approve on any blogs, in part due to comment spamming software. I finally cut back to a 14 day comment period and greatly reduced the amount of comment spam that I have to deal with.

Personally I don't approve spamming blogs, forums or what ever, but constructive on topic blog / forum comment with a backlink is a win-win situation.
