How long does it usually take before you see the effect of edu backlinks ?
For one of my websites tons of edu links have been created and indexed, though I can't see any real effect in ranking yet. Been a few weeks now since the edu link creation started for this site...

I've done edu links before, but never kept an eye on when it got its effect. And I've definitely seen the effect. I'm just wondering when it hits...

Same as regular links, depends on that particular site link is coming from.

It's mostly high PR edu sites with under 50 OBL pages (some even under 10 OBL...)...and a few govs.
A lot of them are indexed, but I wondered about the effect in ranking and spot in search results.
I'll just have to wait...

Do you have an good .EDU links you care to share Andre? I bought some EDU backlinks on fiverr once didn't was a good small investment

I did a few fiverr gigs for edu links and got very nice results. For a new website I ordered 3 last week and slowly they're getting indexed.

I don't have a list or something. I've used some of the free stuff here on IMT.

What niches are you into? maybe the competition is high, so it takes time to show great results.. i never try edu links method yet, so do you hired people at fiverr or you do it by yourself?

hmm its algorithm edu links can give good Trustrtank juice - edu and goc its not like gold bullet, they are very usefull , but its not anythink like "gold formua"

I have experimented around with a few edu link building campaigns in the past - some were very successful, some weren't. One thing I did notice is that it takes forever for the links to get indexed. EDU websites are full of so much dead content that it seems to take 90 days for any of the links to be indexed. As far as its effect, the only thing I really noticed is that it helps a lot with increasing pagerank and domain authority. As far as actual results in serps, the only benefit it gives is what you get from having a higher domain authority.
