Thread: How many domains names do you own ?

When you have a lot of domains, i'm sure your earning is increased too so you don't need to worry about updating your blog. You can do outsource

Too many, especially since developing each takes some time. Just got rid of about 70, but somehow the pool is constantly growing...

i have got something around 54 live sites and a few parked/

I have only one dot com domain ... Thinking of buying a .info domain

10x .de (because I am a German)
20x .com
Some of the .com are part of my planned linkwheel/link network

I have at this time 45 .de Domains, some .net and .com Domains

But a few from my Domains are parked, because i have not much time at the moment.

at the present I have only 1 .com hope to buy some more if I have enough time to deal with them

I have about 28. Mixture of .net/.org/.co.uk/.org.uk/.me.uk

9 of them are for my current niche target
the others are hosted on a affiliate network holding site which generates enough money to keep the domains + small profit.

what 80 domain?? how do you manage it and i feel when come to domain renewal fees, you need to pay a lot mine, i just have 7 domain, this year i planned to promote affiliate so need to buy more domain

and i am getting to my website from my blog too

Right now I only own like 6 but I use to own a lot like 20.. I have decided to cut back because half of the time before I get to using the domain the domain has already expired and requires me to renew it which cost me $10 or more each time..

I did have lots of them, but as some niches where I've made my most money are too competative now I've ditched a lot of domains and sites.
I'm now focussing on about 10 domains, of which 3 are the most lucrative for me at the moment.

My goal is to own maybe only 3 websites at most...and I must say it's going pretty much that way soon enough.

How you ditch it? Do you sell through flippa? or you just let the domain name expired

I have over 100 domains but still only have around 25-30 active sites. I keep those names coz I like those and those are good names. Hope develop those sites too.

over 100 domains? what most you did with the domains? affiliate page? network blog? 100 x 9 (renewal fees) = 900, so you need to prepare around $900 each year to renew your domains right

About 45 and counting. Renewals are spread out over the year so its not a big hit. Most are Adsense/Ebay sites, some are promotional or vanity domains. For the money earning sites, I always ditch the site or sell it on Flippa if it does not bring in enough to cover the cost of the domain.

I have 6 domains and I don't more. 6 is enough if you know what you are doing.

what can make certain website can be sell at high price at flippa? site ages? traffic? good domain name?
