    HTML or Wordpress?

Which one is best to you? Is it Wordpress or HTML website?

HTML websites are best for indexing fast in Search engines as compare to Wordpress, is that right??

Which one do you prefer to earn money from Adsense??

WP automatically pings the search engines each time you make a post. With a static site you would have to manually ping or install a script to ping when the site is updated.

Either have the potential to make money with Adsense if you have targeted traffic.

Although I just started with building websites just to gain money with it I would prefer plain HTML. While creating a website I put a lot of effort in the design, and I just love to have total control over the page. Although when maintaining I sometimes really miss having a CMS.

Make or mod your own theme for WP and have the best of both worlds.

It doesn't matter at what engine/language your website is working. The main points are a website accessibility, proper server headers and content.
By using of "pure" html you will get nothing more, but additional work to accomplish.

I have switched from html sites to WP because it is so much faster to put a site online. If I need a static site I use WP pages to create the site, if I need a dynamic site I use posts to create the site.

Best of both worlds in one package.

I agree that there are many advantages to WP, including a built in RSS feed and automatic post pinging. The only disadvantages are resource usage and they can take a bit longer to load, particularly if in a shared hosting environment.

Each instance of WP puts a large number of files on the server. Where a 5 page static site may have 30 to 50 files including images, external css, and js files a CMS based site will have several hundred to a few thousand files. Calls to the database also take a finite amount of time and, if the server is busy, can slow things down.

I've recently started using GetSimple for those times when I can't decide between Wordpress or static HTML.

It is a very clean CMS and it is surprisingly easy to convert a static page to a getsimple-template.

That's not true, WP will generate HTML for the browser. It's just a matter of writing your own themes for WP.

While many to most WP sites are put up using one of the readily available themes, just like any other site you do have control of layout and display through css. WordPress sites can be as unique as straight html sites. My blogs that are part of sites all look very similar to other sections of the site, and it would be easily possible to make them so that you could not easily tell when you move from a static section to a dynamic section of the site.

WP gives more flexibility and ease to customize your website. By using WP, you don’t need to learn HTML which is quite difficult for some people. Maybe it right that HTML website is best for fast indexing it isn’t an important one, right?

Wordpress is easier to do onpage SEO optimization because have many plugins. and in my opinion using wordpress CMS is better than building a website with basic HTML.

When i started designing sites I used HTML but I have now changed almost exclusively to wordpress. With the plugins available to you it automates so many things that you would have to do manually with HTML. I also think that if you learn to create your own themes in terms of appearance it is almost impossible for the average user to distinguish between a WP site and a HTML site.
