Thread: is link building must to upgrade google page rank ?

i know very little ( about absolutely nothing !) about the importance of link building . is it obvious for upgrading google page rank ?

are there more ways that would be helpful ?

yeah you need to build backlinks in order for you to get page rank, but its not the only factor that determines google page rank. there are also other factors such as domain age but still link building is a very important factor in getting page rank.
