We've just got too many websites right now and don't have time to run the ones we've been developing. Some are fairly well developed, some not so much. Either way, we can support you with content, research, tracking, and on-page fixes if necessary. What we'd like you to do is really just take the sites and make some money off them. We've got $1000's into some of the sites, while others just a few hundred. Either way, you're pretty much set to go in a lot of cases.

I'm offering a straight 50/50 split of the profit coming in on the website. If you need investment dollars to execute SEO, that is something we can discuss. We're not looking for you to raise the rankings and then ditch you. It's just not how we work. We want long-term relationships and for us both to make good money out of these sites. If it's clear you know what you're doing, we will also give you some paid consulting gigs with the SEO consulting that we do.

You can take your pick from a number of websites we've got sitting around for you here. Some aren't fully developed - if those excite you, let me know and I'll make sure they get finished so you can do some SEO on them properly.
