I have got banned from many forums reportedly spamming.I don't know why it happened to me.can anybody tell me why i got banned from forums.Can anybody tell when should i insert links in my post to get backlinks from forums.
Can anybody tell me the about the the forums from i get backlinks by posting minimal posts.

That is not an easy one to explain. If you have done anything against any forum guidelines, staff can ban you, you mentioned spamming, so it narrows it down a bit. Try improve your posting quality. If you constantly say "good post', nice post, thanks for sharing, or similar, it looks like you are only raising your post count so that you could either use links, use a signature etc. Some guidance on a quality post is giving an opinion about something, helping, or giving useful information to the thread creator, or if you created the thread, to those that are going to read your thread, and it encourages conversation. Being honest helps a lot as well (don't take offence let me explain), there are a lot of "SEO experts" out there that start meaningless threads asking questions they already know the answer to.

You have signature rights here when you reach a certain amount of achievement points, and many other forums allow you to use a signature after anything from 10 to 30 quality posts. If you add value to the forum, adding quality posts, you would be able to have a signature faster than you would if you just try raise your post count with posts that are going to be deleted anyway. I would not recommend using anchor text links with your site or any site you have to advertise inside a forum post at all, Some make exceptions when it comes to their marketplaces, and I know IMT has a rule that says you cannot advertise your site links (or affiliates) in posts unless its either in the marketplace or when you are asking for a review. A forum is for members to talk about issues, strategies, tips, tricks and ask for help, or help where they can. A community.

So, as you can see, it all depends on the quality of your posts. Admin and mods can accurately guage whether or not a member really wants to be part of a forum by the way they interact with other members in their posts. When you join a new forum, read their rules carefully, and make sure you don't violate them.

Lastly, minimal posting, quick results should never be your only thought when you join a forum. I have said this many times before, but forums aren't there for a person to get the most out of with the least effort. What you put into the forum is what you get out of the forum.

Don't reply with things like "I completely agree with what (person) said" or "Great post ! I can really learn from this info" kind of replies.
Ask sensible questions about stuff you really want to know, reply with your own experiences, ideas you might have, what you've recently learned, what someone else told you about whatever and that you see results after implementing whatnot.

Make your posts useful for others or add to the discussion, so that others will have something to reply or comment on.
Never advertise your website, service or product specifically or too obviously in your posts...only in your signature.
Never use affiliate links !

Check Phoenyx's or my profile (or others who have done lots of posts) page and read the posts we did here on this forum.
You'll also run into threads here where some posters show as "banned" (grey bar under avatar) and when you check their posts you'll know why...
You'll get the idea...
