I just want something that can manage my huge collection of photo with speed & where i can easily click on image to see full size image.

Picasa is good one and free, I personally prefer to organize myself by grouping them date wise and then moving them to folders!

Picassa is very easy to use .. this is the one i use and probably many others ..

its kind of funny because i only use paint.net for easy photo editing but if needed i use photoshop
