Thread: Facebook new photo viewer

I really don't like current upgraded photo viewer of Facebook. Previous one was better. What is your opinion on this?

I completely agree. And it makes me hope that Facebook does not take the route of MySpace.

I used to enjoy MySpace quite a bit, but the more they changed their layout the less friendly it became. Adding too many modules, too many flash object and too many ads make it load very slow and make my computer chug.

Facebook needs to keep things simple, in my opinion, and this new viewer looks like a step in the wrong direction.

We've all heard the acronym I'm sure, K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Silly). Facebook needs to pucker up them lips and Keep It Simple.

I find its design annoying. And I mean in terms of colours / size and so on. That's pretty surprising considering the millions they can blow on graphic designers...

As I said, previous one was damn better than current one. This photo viewer is very annoying.

No it definitely is official facebook, as it is featured on their website and on technology websites.

I'm just really surprised why its me and no one else that has it, I'm hoping someone else here has it.

I believe the Old Photo Viewer is back. Isn't it ?

the viewer turn into black so as to show the picture and someone need to move cursor out of the black area so as to go back at main viewer

I was just viewing photos yesterday and the old photoviewer suddenly came. So, I thought the the old photoviewer has returned back.

I was on the site a few hours ago and I certainly saw the new viewer. I have to agree, I really preferred the old one. Then again I also preferred the old page layouts and I predicted they would make us all get the new ones, which they did. Now, soon, all biz pages will have the new layout - whether you want it or not. They really better wake up and start listening to their users! I have a small sample that I asked, but most everyone I talk to seems to like the old formats better.

Yeah, old format is better with out a doubt.

Facebook use New Photo Viewer to protect copy by Other User .
Who misuse the Other User Photo .FaceBook New Photo Viewer is Copy Protected .
So Dont Worry .Enjoy

Anything displayed on my screen is mine if I want it. Copy protection schemes only protect from those (very many) that don't know much about using their computer.

I agree with you, me too don't like the new facebook photo viewer. I think they will change it soon.
