Yes you can apply for adsense using that website.

am sorry to say mate, but i have heard that you cant apply for adsense with a site that has had adsense on it at anytime.. cos the site is already in adsense datebase... getting an adsenee is easy.. simply get a new domain, write up to ten 500 word article unique.. or pay some freelancer to help you write... then add privacy policy, about us, and contact me page on your site... and then apply for adsense... pretty simple... you account should be apporved in 24 hours... adsense doesnt reaaly look at traafic when approving an account.. they look at quality content.. so when you account is approved, you can then put it on other sites that have good traffic..

any earning proof, quick interest about this site, also is article unique..??
