    Best AdSense optimized WP themes ?

    Do you know any Good WP Themes which are optimized for AdSense ? I add AdSense ads to couple of my blogs to see how things goes.

    Also I like to hear your experience about running AdSense ads on WP Blogs. I heard CTR is pretty low than you get from static sites .

    You dont even need a Theme for adsense.

    Just add the Plugin "Adsense now!" and add your google adsense code inside the options panel of the plugin.

    It will add automatically adsense between your post content. You can set your ads placing too.

    Plugin: WordPress › AdSense Now! « WordPress Plugins

    I just add the code or an include in the templates where I want the adds. Using an include you can place any code, adsense or banner, and only need to change the include file, not edit the template again.

    It looks like you need to adjust/add the line height for your h1 tag in the css to prevent the overlap on the second line on long page titles.

    I customized all H1, H2 and H3 Tags with Google Fonts... its a bit heavy to adjust them...

    You should be able to adjust line height in your css stylesheet without too much problem.

    Something like:
    Code:
    h1 {
    font-size: 2em;
    line-height: 2.2em;
    }

  16. #14
    seobunny Guest
    Code:
    h1 { font-family: 'Raleway', serif; color: #000000;
      font-style: normal;
      font-weight: 700;
      text-shadow: 2px 2px 2px #aaa;
      text-decoration: none;
      text-transform: uppercase;
      letter-spacing: 0.029em;
      word-spacing: 0.28em;
      line-height: 1.15; }
    Okay please tell me what I have to change in the CSS codes?

    It should be just the last line:
    Code:
    line-height: 1.15;
    I would try 1.25 and adjust from there (eg: 1.2 or 1.3) if needed.

    Thanks but it doesnt work cause its a Google FOnt API... if you try to change it via firebug also doesnt work... but other codes like words-spacing works... very strange

    Try adding the em:
    Code:
    line-height: 1.15em;
    I would expect to see a unit, and looking back the ones you say work all have the 'em' unit. Even Google code may not be perfect.
