who is the founder of computer?

I have an interesting read for you. Apparently the word "computer" has been used since the 1600's and referred to people that make calculations...

The first use of the word "computer" was recorded in 1613, referring to a person who carried out calculations, or computations, and the word continued with the same meaning until the middle of the 20th century. From the end of the 19th century onwards, the word began to take on its more familiar meaning, describing a machine that carries out computations.

It also goes on to talk about the history of the computer and even about the first one created, if I am not mistaken. Hope this helps.

It doesn't matter that who founded computer but it does matter to think that for what purpose it was founded. It does matter to think that how it has changed the human living and history in just a decade or two. It does matter to think how can we make its best use. It does matter to think how can we use it constructively and for the sake of humanity. It does matter to think that how can we use it to make this world a comfortable and peaceful place to live...........

Today's computer is based on logic. Logic is a a part of subject caleed Algorithm and algorithm was invented by a Muslim Mathematician Al-Khawarzmi. For me, Al-Khawarzmi is the founder of today's computer. All others after him have put their efforts to make it much better.

My personal belief on this, is that if not because of the Founder or the Creator of computer, I think we were not able to enjoy the technology and innovation we have today. Life would not be that convenient when it comes to business, education and market without these computers.
