Did you find a host? Heroehost is great for reseller. It's tuned for being able to handle autoblogs whether you're running those types of plugins or not.

why you only focus to Indian providers and if you find a Canadian one such as Stocklii would you choose it? I think that you must focus more on the quality of services than the location.

Must be because it would be easy for him to communicate with Indian hosting provider. (He must be Indian too)
