Do the following methods

-Blog commenting,
-Article submission, and
-social bookmarking.

good thread. I also told many people, not to build many links a day. while I was reading this forum today, I saw one person posted, he built 10 000 profile links within 1 week and his site lost the rankings.

Is it possible if we do not apply any of off page Seo Services for our site then we can get pr?

Page rank is depends on inbound and outbound links. Quality backlinks are important to increase the page rank. You can get quality backlinks through bookmarking,forum participation and dofollow blog commenting.

try to make back links as much as you can continuously as well as update your site on daily basis can give you high pr with some of deep linking also.

1) Lots of good quality content and adding and updating content constantly.

2) Getting doFollow Back links from Higher PR sites.

If you have great content other sites will link back to you. Also Google now focus more on quality content. So future PR updates won't be only based on High PR Back links.
