Which search engine should i select to promote my mobile phone website's business.I mean, where should I start from? Yahoo! or Google?

No doubt Google is more efficiency than the Yahoo!

I advise you to promote your website in Google .
Google is most popular search engine and have a lot of cool tools for webmasters .

Google is the best search engine to start your sites SEO. if you get ranked in google thank you can rank any other search engine easily .

I would suggest you to promote in both search engine, no doubt Google is very popular than Yahoo. If you will get some traffic or visitors from Yahoo then it will be better for you.

It's a no brainer, definable Google.
Yahoo sometimes takes information from Google not always the other way around, so concentrate on Google 1st
