Hi people! I would ask you to watch this YouTube video. This guy tells that backlinks to different variations of my homepage - for example http:// domin.com and http:// domain.com/ - are not accumulated to ONE URL because Google realises them as TWO different URLs. Is that really true? If so, then a lot of link juice would be lost to that website, right? I have no idea if this guy is right!!

Anyway the issue can be easily solved with making use of the canonical tag in the meta section.

Ok... but what about the different links? What about those links, which are not referring to the URL provided with the canonical tag? Does Google count them too, or are these links worthless?

this all we can solve via canonical url or 301 redirection

but wait question is what is difference between backlinks of

http:// www dot xyz dot com
and
http:// www dot xyz dot com /

what impact does this " / " makes ??

and if makes any different than how to solve it ??
