    Google Affiliate network ?

Anyone here use Google Affiliate network ? Do we need to apply for it separate from AdSense ? I heard you get All yours sales stats will be display in your AdSense account. So you get one check for both programs ?

I am a member of the Google affiliate program. There is a separate application that you will need to fill out. They do have plenty of merchants signed up and are constantly adding new merchant programs. They send a weekly email listing the new merchants. The full stats are in the affiliate UI, but you do see your estimated earnings in the adsense report. You do get your commissions added to your adsense check and the commissions do count toward the earning threshold. Depending on your adsense income you may get checks more frequently or your checks may be larger because of your affiliate earnings. It is nice not to have a separate threshold to reach to be able to collect your affiliate commissions.

Yeah that's a big advantage. This way its easy to reach cashout limit. But since both starts are showing in AdSense account, what happen if the publisher get banned from AdSense ? Does he loose affiliate account too ?

Or a Banned AdSense publisher can join affiliate program ?

That I don't know about. It may be in the TOS. They are separate programs but I don't know if one influences the other. The earned commissions are shown in the AdSense report as a convenience and because Google is only writing one check.

The real stats are on your account page at the affiliate site. Only the confirmed earnings show up in the AdSense report. That will be after any return period allowed by the merchant. For daily activity you still need to check your affiliate account page. I don't know if it is shown to all, but on the Google Affiliate Network line on the AdSence report page there is a blue circle with question mark on my report. If you hover over the question mark a box with a link to more information opens.

There are some strict rules of the google affiliate program. Make sure to read them properly before getting in it.

You guys can find the T.O.S. and the rules on their site- that is probably the best thing to go over instead of just asking others for summaries since you will then know all the details from Google itself.
