Thread: How to rotate videos?

Hello,

I am really a disaster when it comes to video editing ....

I'd like to know whether any software exists to rotate videos towards 90 deg right or left ?

I guess I am not that clear about the issue ...

Kindly suggest me any software (free versions preferred ), if available, that does this job !!

Hmmm, If you're trying to add a video to a background or animated background, it could be easy to do with Camtasia Studio, or any of the other editors. I guess I need to know what you want to do with the video etc. otherwise I can't really be very helpful.

Actually I shot it in the wrong position using my smartphone ... and the video appears inverted at the screen ! So I'd like to rotate it back to normal !

I hope its somewhat clear now ... I have no idea about the exact terminologies that video editors use

Nothing on YouTube? Thats normally the first place i go, am sure some geek has done it and listed the software used then go from there

Rotating a video is just a piece of cake in VLC media player .... Thanks for the share Phoenyx !
