It looks nice, but one thing I can't stand are annoying POP-UPs, you need to get that off your site, there is got to be like hundreds of other ways to make money...
One more thing "Mix HD Wallpapers" pictures are spilling over to the right in the Chrome.
And for my taste too much external links/pics...
Hope I'm not to harsh , just trying to help.

i will remove the pop up widget as you say it annoy. and "MIX HD WALLPAPERS" these external links are to drive traffic the visitors click those pics the more traffic in return i will get

Now you have 2 links partners, with PR0 and bad authority, it not give you any SEO results, you can remove this links and nothing change in your rankings.

overall the design is simple, i like it, but the mix hd wallpaper pictures are out sidebar line, are you purposely do that or my browser is not supported? and it would be good if you add 'top download section'

Please Remove Annoying popups

here is my review: you can improve a lot with your website. first remove poups. for better user experience: if a user land on your page and see the popup they will not stay more than couple of second. check it with google web master tool.
2. Combine images into CSS sprites,
3. Optimise images,
4. Serve scaled images( use a image editor to scale image)
5 Leverage browser caching ( use htaccess)
