    Whoever wrote/modded the theme screwed up the doc type. The doc type line should look like:

    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
    <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" dir="ltr" lang="en-US">
    The line that is there in its place is totally meaningless. It just says html without specifying which flavor. This can cause compatibility problems with some browsers.

    yeah , but i think it depends on the browser version update .

    The doc type line specifies to the browser the specific rules under which the page is to be rendered. Without a proper doc type the browser is left to its own devices how the page will be rendered. While modern browser defaults are pretty good you are still leaving open the chance that things will not be rendered as you intend.

    I looked only in FF and the page rendered fine. If it is built on the WP code base and not too many changes have been made there will probably be no problems. The lack of a proper doc type does look very unprofessional to anyone that looks at the source code, though.

    I am not a pro web designer, but I know a bit about html and css. I use one theme and mod it for each of my blogs as well as adding a few features. I do the same for other CMSs that I use on various sites.

    I like you design very much, but the loading time is a big problem although I have T1. You might want to make arrangements for different connections.
