Well, have you got success in optimizing one word keyword, how hard is this?

There some most popular words which may be hard like money, seo, business etc.........

But there are also some vast words like synchronization, zenith etc........ is there any benefit of such words...

One word keywords = Short tail keywords
Short tail keywords are very broad and sometimes it becomes extremely difficult to rank for them.
Short tail keywords demands more efforts for optimization and conversion rate is comparatively low.

Yeah I have . It took a while but was worth it in the end.

when we target for one word keyword, we face High competition and less conversion rate.

When you do any Linkbuilding.. you should use an mix with your keywords and url... not only the keyword as anchor.


If you using an two word keyword you can use anchortext like this..

- one word
- word one
- url link

One word keyword can be ranked also but need high profile budget because there are plenty of competitors who are working out there. When it will rank then it will definitely produce unexpected profit.

I got to say that when i am targeting keyword, I am at least targeting keywords that are made up of at least 3 words. In this way, the visitors are more targeted and indeed you face lesser competition.
