Which outsourcing website should we choose as a beginner?

There are some dependable and authentic websites which offer their registered member a lot of tasks in different categories such as web design, graphics design, admin support (data entry), sales and marketing (seo) and so on. And most important thing is that they don't take any kind of money to be registered member and to work.

Both odesk and elance are real and authentic freelancing marketplace.

Odesk is great but too many applicants. 200+ applicants after 10 minutes of job is posted.

They do have a nice affiliate program too.

What I think about freelacer is also an authentic marketplace where you can work. There is no problem to work with odesk, elance, microworkers. You can start working with all the market place.
