Hi,

I'm selling my PR1 link directory, deep-links.org - one of the best domain name for a web directory. The site accepts free and paid listings. Everything works automatically. Although I never did any serious promotions, I've already sold two paid listings.

The site runs on WordPress and a premium directory theme. The theme has lots of features: built-in ad system, theme customizer and so on....

I have some other bigger projects that require all my attention. I don't have time for this site, that's why I'm selling it.

As for your investment question: it really depends on how much time you are willing to spend with this time.
I've just updated the first post with a new screenshot of the paid listings. As you can see I don't do anything with the site and paid listing still come in. I'm sure if you'd be willing to do some proper SEO and link building this site would be easily making at least $200/month.
