Its a Fiverr type site - in fact, its exactly like Fiverr but has the "I want" section on the opposite side, and gigs can range from $5 to $15 (from what I can see). Looking at the jobs available, service providers offer much more than just SEO services. From their TOS page: "Jobs on TheSEOGIG are offered for values to the nearest dollar, up to and including $100 - i.e. $1 To $100."
Also, only PayPal is available for payments. The one thing that might work better than Fiverr is that the buyers have more protection on this site from the way I'm understanding the TOS, except that TheSEOGGIG specifically states that disputing a transaction in PayPal will get your account banned, so buyers are at the mercy of the site if there's a problem. I'd use it with caution but I'm sure plenty of people will make good money here. a
