1. Go to the Page
2. Make a Comment
3. Dont make a spammy comment, write atleast 2-3 lines and only then I will Approve it.
4. Use your own name in the "Name" category, don't use your site's name else I won't accept it.

good to have some nofollow links mixed in with your dofollow links , thanks for sharing.

It doesnt matter if it is nofollow or dofollow. Its a GOOD backlink. Why all the people think a link must be dofollow??? If you have just high rated websites with dofollow backlinks google will see that this is not naturally.
