Well most of these automatic tools are paid tools like Scrapebox, Sick Submitter and many others. You can Google for them and check whatever is good for you. I am using sick submitter with monthly subscription. It is up-to you to decide what suits you.

maybey any wont trade for domain i can register free domain so ?

These tools are not possible to trade as they are maintained by one license. So better to have your own will be best for you.
