I am performing local seo for my website. I want to know your opinion on what is the best method of local seo.

First keep your mind on website content that are you providing relevant or rich content to the visitors. Because Content is the king. After this you can go with off-page SEO LIKE Social bookmarking, Article submission,. blog posting, blog commenting, forum commenting.

I have set up landing pages for each main local area and optimised for that area including reference to local places in the text, images that are relevant t the locality etc. This seems to work quite well.
