I have one question for you: What is better for SEO?

Backlink from site with PR0 & domain PR4
or from site PR2 with domain PR2

So, what is more important - domain PR or site with backlink PR?

PR has not been updated for a very long time. You might want to also work with Moz metrics which are algorithmic. MOZ metrics are better than Majestic in determining strength of link juice, IMO.

Google has given page rank based on the page content, of course domain impact will be there but final importance is only for the website page only. You consider the web page to place your links.

Backlinks from site PR2 with domain PR2 is better than the other option and make sure that you are getting the dofollow link not nofollow.
