Thread: 404-Like Content error in Google Webmaster tool

I have found today that my site is going down day by day in google. I checked the google webmaster tool and there I found a error of 404-like content on several pages. Can anyone tell me that why this error is appearing and how to fix it.

Make sure that you have configured correct http response code for all your pages. Check this by using fetch as Googlebot in webmaster tools.
