I get the top 5 position but when i stop working seo, i loose this place !
How can we stay on the same position ?

I find it quite hard to stay on the same position as your ranking may go down with Google updates. Now, as you said you have achieved top 5 position, I think you have got it in SERP ranking for a particular keyword. If yes, then check for the back links of your competitor at least check how many back links of your competitor (sites above your site for that keyword)are good with PA, DA and PR, Alexa than your site. Then you can create the back links in the sites similar to your competitor or in sites that are similar in PA,DA,PR and Alexa. I guarantee you will stay on top for a much longer time than ever before you managed to maintained that rankings. Technically competitor analysis is the major part of it.

How to do this? Have you tried this ? And what if due to over link creation ranking fall down.
