Before that, we need to understand how Google Adsense. As I said, displays relevant ads on your site. The bad news is that you can not control what Google ads will show on your web page, however you can influence it.

Simple, from Google Adwords. Just as you want to make money from your website, other people want the same thing. Just because they have money they invest first to drive traffic to their website, then make money from it.
Advertisers (as they say) fall in G.Adwords, write a title for their business online and a small description, and then bid as they pay for their display ad. Finally Google decide which sites will advertise.
