If you want to check your competitors PPC, just log in to adwords and toggle the column CPC, and add your competitor website and check there PPC..

Or if you have fund, you can use spyfu, keyword spy, else you can try there free trials, but don't know how there trial versions are accurate..

Find out your top niche competitors and analyze through Adwords. Just log in to your Adwords account and toggle CPC column and add competitor website URL and check competitor PPC progress.
Another method is to check what your competitor offer. What are the rates? Call them up pretending to be a customer and get that info easily. Compare that to yours. What are they doing better and what worse? Make changes to your campaign before starting.
Regularly check SERPs for 7 day twice in a day. Check on which keyword they are running a campaign. Are keywords in active mode or not.

Hi am little bit confused here toggle CPC column and add competitor website URL. Please tell me where is the option to add competitor sites. I have no idea about it. we can get about the money also that how much spend competitors in ppc monthly.?
