Is there any trick or some kind of bots to have high alexa?

I know only one trick ; but alexa toolbar button to your website even if your visitors browser don't support alexa by this tool you will have some alexa rank with it.

By this trick I had fine alexa ranks. But don't forget alexa depends on how long user spends time on your website not only hits.

instal alexa toolbar in your browser and refresh page every 2-3 seconds

You have to get more page views from different countries to increase alexa rank. My blog have 70,000 alexa rank. I made this result with 5 months. You need continuously effort to increase alexa rank for your blog. Mostly, you have to consider on page view of your blog. More page view you got, higher rank you'll get.

If u got a dedicated server and 10 unique ips , you could have 10 visitors like this ,some people got many dedicated servers and ip's , so by this way they having thousands of visitors and high alexa... But I don't know whats that program : )

I don't know how people know that installing alexa rank really helps to increase ranking.

Because Alexa measure traffic to websites in that way, when you have alexa toolbar, you are allways sending alexa.com information what and where you are.
That's why I don't have alexa or google toolbar, it is useless, I had them when I was starting in IM business

You only need browser and IMacros for your alexa to rise, but what's the point only if you want to sell your website, but then you need to find someone very stupid who won't check all the stats, etc and once you are flagged as a scamer then you are done in this IM world.

What is the point of getting a higher Alexa score? What you should be focussing on is your serps and conversion. Alexa score will then come naturally.

Alexa is for local things I think so many stupid advertisement agencies looks for it , of course if they are clever they will see origin hits from bots , for example check r10.net its Turkish forum alexa rank 987...

r10.net forum has great amount of traffic really.
Reason why the majority of visits/hits are grom Germany is because half of Turkey leave and work in Germany (No BS really)

Main purpose for higher Alexa and other such service like compete, cubestat, etc I can see is because this "can" be one of the google ranking factors.

you can always buy traffic as well....

Your site must be great traffic and back link with high page rank pages

More traffic = better alexa.

I noticed if you continuously add content to your site the Alexa rank will gradually improve.

So your implying that we shouldn't even pay attention to Alexa since it only gauge the amount of traffic that a website is receiving?

The Alexa toolbar itself generates a standard HTTP GET request. We can do the same by inserting a <IMG> tag with the resulting url as the source. Alexa actually returns XML markup as a response, but the contents are irrelevent for this purpose; we just want to trigger the logic.

There are a bunch of query values in the URL; some are obvious, others... not so much.

The keys to getting this to work is to start page generation with:

If your using persistant sessions, you probably already got this.

Next, create a new function somewhere in your code; if you have a global functions file, it'd probably go there. otherwise, you can put it right below the session_start() value above.

Yeah very true and perhaps the best wording for IM world

Alexa Rank Comes to your website automatically for that you have to work hard for your website.
And important term is the traffic rate of your website for Alexa rank.
Tell your visitors to get the Alexa toolbar and visit your site. Or you can need few individual to use the toolbar and view your site everyday.

You get it by having lots of traffic and getting lucky that they have aleix rating bat installed. It is kind of funney because it does not realy matter about the alexia rating for important much money it makes.
