If its a full-of-articles blog, then try article submissions at some of the popular article directories.

I would say that some services would cost a bit, and some are free, but you would need to be a little more specific with your question

How? Getting video views is about hard as getting website views. Then you need to concert those video views into website views...

Its not impossible, depending on your subject. Videos can even be incorporated with content on your site, and there are literally hundreds of video sites out there besides Youtube that you can add your video to. You can also create backlinks for these videos so that they can be seen by more people. That being said though, some subjects are hard to do videos for, but if you create interesting videos that tie in with what you're talking about on your site, it could be beneficial to you in the long run. Its also said that adding video to your site/blog helps keep people a little longer, and if the content of the video and article appeal to visitors it could mean more conversions. But, like I said its not easy, but still doable.
