Thread: Add New Features: Mebership

It would be great if you add new membership feature to this forum. Members who upgraded their account can edit their posts/thread forever... Just like warrior forum have.

This option was here at first, but certain members started to take advantage of it for their scams and false claims, so this will not be available any more.

Can't you make it even people pay for membership?

No, that feature will never be available for anyone anymore, except for mods and admins.

Was just suggesting... I think that could be better to release new features like this to keep this forum good..

It's a good way to keep the forum good yes, but I can understand why nemanja won't do it. People are way to clued up in code and what not and will use what they have to get the results they want. Not everyone is a good person, there are some who will try their luck and it could ruin the forum. Maybe if we keep the idea in mind, but find other features to add to the forum for members.

I need this feature at least for me..

I'm also sad that this forum and its members will not have this feature, because I like that feature very much and it is helpful,
but people are abusing this and my priority here is not to get scammers a chance to take advantage of honest IMT members.

Its a total let down that we always have to think of the worst case scenarios before adding a feature or just about anything onto the net nowdays. Someone, somewhere is always going to find a way to use it, abuse it and things are just never the same after that. I don't want to see IMtalk going backwards because of it either. I just got settled in here.

Okay, no problem with it. But at least Nemanja, you can release new features like membership where upgraded members can access more features than normal users..
