i am trying to build the backlink, but no impact still now. how can i get backlink andalso my site well rakned?

but it's not very good.

Well getting back links is very important and helps with SERP. My company provides packages to help you there. It is also very important to get all of the backlinks pinged. Pinging the backlinks is like telling google to index your site and likes. If the backlinks don't get pinged, you will take a much longer time to get the effect and you would not see them when you use backlink checking tools.
