Thread: I could really do with some feedback please

Hi all, i have a big google add campaign ready to start but before i do i would really appreciate it if i could get some feedback on my site https://www.sellmyhouseforfree.co i could do with knowing;

1 How fast the individual pages are loading?
2 what do you think of the site in general?
3 what can i do to make the site better?
4 are there any additional sections that i need to add to the forum? (i know that there is nothing in the forum yet i will add things in as and when i can),
5 does it feel user friendly?

Also any other information is greatly appreciated ....

Pages are loading fast over all it is nice site, but I would suggest fixed width because it is kinda weird fro us with wide screens(resolutions).

In your navigation it seems you have just filled all links without bothering if it looks good or if it is visible. You have forums, blog, etc but none of them is visible. The overall looks of the site is very important these days and I should say you must most importantly improve the homepage's navigations and looks.
