Best strategy for social bookmarking......!

Hi All,
I want to know the best strategy for social bookmarking.
Suppose I have a url of the article published on ezine article directory. I want to bookmark the article. What would be the best strategy?
While bookmarking, I would use the title of the article as title during bookmarking?
OR
I would use the targeted keyword(targeted on my web page) as title while bookmarking of article url?

Kindly, explanation with detail would be preferred.

Always assure that your website has a great appeal. Another thing is try adding bookmark buttons to your blogs and even on other places where you want people to rate.

I think the best way is to use mixed targeted keywords in SB titles + LSI keywords,
because they are anchor text to your articles, so they will make those article some kind of authority for your targeted keywords,
so finally links with anchors as your targeted keywords in those articles are going to be even more powerful which will bring your targeted URL great push in terms of rankings,
but off course if it is all done right and this is key factor which will divide success from failure.
