ok, but if you can give only dofollow list, will be more helpful. Its the most difficult to find and its much valuable.

I think we have to use both, do follow and no follow to make it natural link building

another reason motivating to spamming

Manual bookmarking is ridiculous. Hire it out or use software. Unless of course, you only one or two sites and are not doing alot of blogging or article submissions. I create several hundred url's a day. I just recently bought software to handle the bookmarking of every url.

Thanks for this url. I haven't checked all the others yet but this is a PR 6 .edu site that allows you to make profiles and playlists with multiple dofollow links. The only con is you can't get anchor text but you can customize both a profile page and playlist page with keywords and content making the pages relevant to your backlinks.

I prefer to use software os hire someone. it takes your time. just my opinion
