Thread: Blog commeting - The use of keyword in "your name" section

I have learn that blog comment can provide good results to traffic. But I want to know a bit more about it. Now I am coming to the comment posting part. I have seen that there are three parts:
1. Your name
2. Your website
3. Email add

I need a confirmation on the "1. Your name" part. Is it advisable to put the keyword or put name itself. Because while searching I came to know that it is better to put name itself instead of keyword. But some are saying to put keyword.

If keyword is written on the "Your name" part, will this not be considered as spam or be penalized by Google.

You should avoid using only keywords in the name field ... Instead you can use "your-name @ your-keywords" there. If that blog is using keyword luv plugin, then your keywords will be hyperlinked.

Oh this "keyword luv" is something completely new to me. So you mean to say that while commenting I have to use my name + the keyword also. I am giving an example, you just tell me if it is good. Let's say my name is "sjeeta" and the keyword is "ball", therefore as per your statement it should be "sjeeta @ ball" .

There are a couple of footprints for finding KeywordLuv blogs. The default tag line is:

This site uses KeywordLuv. Enter YourName@YourKeywords in the Name field to take advantage.

So if you add the 'this site uses keywordluv' or 'yourname@yourkeywords' to your blog search you will possibly find some good places to comment. Many of these blogs will be moderated so make the comment or question relevant to the post.

Let me explain what our mod meant to say -

'this site uses keywordluv' or 'yourname@yourkeywords' are commonly seen in blogs that use keywordluv.

So when you search on google, type the following phrase

site:.com "this site uses keywordluv"
