I'd like to know how to follow the trends on twitter to generate traffic to our blogs.

Well, these are the top tags in a day. You can differentiate the posts by tags. For example #socialmedia it means that this post is about social media. And so the other posts. It will help you to find the post efficiently.

OK ... But does the use of hash tags help in any way to attract traffic from twitter ?
