Please let me know if you are selling these hot products like these would be related to escort, gambling (poker, casino) or any similar like **** sites..... do you think that these products can give you good earning?

It is hard competition, but if you are into this, it can be done with lost of $ and hard work.

What do you mean by hot products?

I think all the products are hot if you are earning hot money...

promote your product.

I mean there is so much free **** and other adult stuff and there is so many big commetors already they are established . It is very hard to sell because not a authority or well known.

According to me Keyword research is the important before you choose your product. However if you have perfect marketing sources then you can try making a product first.

Yes why not? You may sell any product online but keep in mind that it should be legal. If you want to sell any illegal thing than you have to inform or take a license to sell this product. Otherwise there is no harm in selling any kind of product on your website.
