Can someone tell me the some of the website that offering data entry jobs without investing initial amount to start.

This is very hard, I'm afraid that you need at least a little money to start.
But online business is waaaay batter than offline, you need far far less money for start.

ok, I'm ready to invest some money for starting by work, but i'm very new to online money making and how can i get to know who are very genuine to pay for data entry. can you suggest me some website that pays genuinely to their customers

I can suggest odesk and freelancer as well, also you can start your own service, just put 2+2 together and get started.

You can create gigs on fiverr, or create hourlie on peopleperhour.
Also as Nemanja says, you can search jobs on odesk, freelancer, or elance.

Like many others say, find something you are good at and join sites like Fiverr. It will start out slow but if you prove yourself, you can make pretty good extra money. Some do it full time.

I suggest to use a combination of fiverr and other high paying marketplace sites such as PPH.

If you have any skills (design, coding, etc.), use them to make money first and then try some affiliate programs.

As per my knowledge majority of those data entry job offers are scam. They ask for some money as deposit and then give work, but that is also not sufficient. Bette to try freelancing.

why not do adsense, using free blogger

Blogger is limited time for free not forever

Find a popular niche you are passionate about. Build an authority site on that nice.

Can take a few months before you start getting popular but is best way on a shoe string budget.

You can get a .club domain for like $3 atm.

Seoclerk is a good place to check out. Its a somewhat cheaper (albeit not always) version of 5R.

ps: There are some gigs on Fiverr that you could buy and repackage and resell the same product you bought. Take a look around.

So even if you don't have that many SEO skills you can utilize other peoples expertise.

Yes Fiverr is a great place to start. And Youtube is another great place. It has so much traffic and it's free.

without investing a penny you cant earn good money.. do freelancer, or start reseller or try fiverr.
