There are already some interesst SEO Companys want to buy this domain for 301 Redirects...

The Price is 1.200€ which these people are ready to pay for it.

How much you are earning with this blog per month, adsense + other stuff?

Money income is great!
I have stopped with Adsense cause I earn not much money.. but with these affiliates I get a lot of money... sometimes I make 3 commissions a day...
but its everyday different with earnings.

I really have no time for bloggin now
Cause I must spend more time for the advertising agency...

I know the price is too low...

the .com domain has PR4 and redirects to the .de domain... I think the .de domain get PR5 next update...
cause I always blast High PR profiles via Xrumor...

Perhaps you can get 10 times more by selling it on Flippa.

buyers can redirect 301 the domain to their money sites...

That explains low price....

The question is, can you leave your blog for 1 year, without doing anything to it (abandon it) and make more then $1200 in commissions? If so, don't sell it. Don't worry about it, just leave it.
