hey guys, I finally had to make up my mind and let this site go too.

This particular website is one that I wouldn't let go but due to lack of some cash flow I have to sell it. I'm emotionally attached to it in many ways and I won't feel comfortable to see it go but it's time someone takes it to the next level. Lyme Disease is a very lucrative niche, especially when you know your audience and market your audience properly.

1) So far the website has been generating revenue from selling Amazon products, mainly books, rife machines, natural supplements and the like. The average sale generates $3.99, however we have generated commission as high as $59.00. As is, the monetizing has been carefully researched for over a year to come up with the best performing products on this site. (adsense is another monetizing option that can bring in some nice clicks as well - roughly 30 - 50 EUROS/month).

2) Link sales and guest posts. The current price for a PR2 link for an entire year is roughly $59. You can easily generate $1000/year just by selling links. We've also sold roughly 50 guest posts, totaling $1000.

3) Donations - Formely, this was a non-profit Lyme Disease community, however I have thought right from the start that I do need to make some profit and did, why not anyways.

4) Adsense.

I've personally invested some important money in this project mainly in SEO and content (roughly 500 quality articles). IMO, this site offer is a bargain. We have removed all the ads long ago since I had no time to take care of the advertising campaigns on this site.
