A guaranteed income stream of at least $10 a day for 6 months.... surely if this was that simple to build people would do it and keep the cash, so you would have to pay more than the income it will generate plus time to build. What budget are you looking for as I doubt there would be many takers for under $2,000.... which is the income you want to buy.

I suspect you need to be realistic. The income will depend on the SEO you put into it...

can you please buzz me your site or pm me it with the budget on which you wanted to sell it .. ??

don't buy any web site just make a blog and then promote it and after 6 month you can apply absence on it.

it's hard to say if you wanna make from 1 site, let say if you wanna make micro niche site with less article, you get banned, (alredy try) unlees you wanna make a few site that contect will update regularly, hire content writter

best niche, would be entertainment, technology update, or regarding about women,..
